Do you accept returns & Defective Items?
Hui&Co provides returns for all items, except Sale items (eg: Mother’s day codes, Xmas codes and other special codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

I found a defect on my item but i’ve already washed it. What should I do?
We’re unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.
I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition).
We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash
The size doesn’t fit me. Can I change it to other size?
Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.
The color look different from the website.
Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

*Processing fee costs of RM5 (RM8 for East Malaysia), will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order.
What is your return policy?
- All items must be shipped back within 5 working days (MALAYSIA) / 10 working days (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.
- Returns are provided for all items (except sales/promotion items, intimates, swim wears, accessories and bag)
- Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
- Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered)
- Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
- We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
- Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.
- Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issued.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
Have you received my returned item?
Please provide us your tracking info once you mail out your returned item. We will email you once we receive your returned item and your return request will be processed within 3 working days.
How will I receive my refund?
A credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued once we process your return.
The credit voucher will have a 90 days validity.
Cash refunds are not provided for returns.
